We collect information in two primary categories: Client Account Data (information about you, the subscriber) and Employee Relations Data (information about your workforce that you upload for our review).

1.2. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS DATA (CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION)
In the course of providing Services, you may upload or transmit sensitive data regarding your employees, contractors, or internal disputes ("ER Data").

This includes: Employee names, performance reviews, disciplinary history, investigation notes, termination details, and compensation data.

Our Role: For this data, BHRADLEY acts as a Data Processor acting on your behalf. You retain full ownership and control of this data.

We use your data solely for the purpose of delivering our Services and maintaining our business operations.

2.1. TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE

To evaluate ER risks and draft documentation (e.g., termination letters, PIPs).

To record Executive Video Briefs (Loom) addressing specific situations.

To manage your Request Queue and track deliverable status.

2.2. BUSINESS OPERATIONS

To process monthly subscription payments.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

2.3. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & MACHINE LEARNING
We maintain a strict "No-Training" policy for Client Data.

Private Isolation: We do not use your specific Employee Relations Data or confidential personnel files to train public Artificial Intelligence models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).

Internal Tools: If we utilize AI-assisted tools for drafting or syntax correction, such data is processed within enterprise-grade environments with "Zero Data Retention" policies enabled, ensuring your data does not become part of a public knowledge base.

3. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data in the following limited circumstances:

5. DATA RETENTION
We retain Client Account Data for as long as your subscription is active and for a period thereafter as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

ER Data Retention:

Upon cancellation of your subscription, we generally retain your Request History and Final Deliverables for a period of three (3) years to assist you with any future legal defense or consistency checks, after which it is securely archived or deleted.

You may request the immediate deletion of your ER Data upon account cancellation by contacting hello@bhradley.com.

6. YOUR DATA RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data, including:
